BBQ is not new to Iraan and neither are we, we’ve just been hiding in Sheffield.

We reopened this BBQ venue in September 2023 but it's like we've been here forever! You've welcomed us like old friends, dropping by with ready smiles and eager appetites.

That's why we vow to always serve up goodness. Our food will always be true authentic Texas BBQ, slow-cooked, and served with warm smiles. We're family now. And this is how we cook for those we love.

We have the meats.

Our brisket, sausage and chicken are smoked/cooked over oak & pecan for 14 hours. Stop by on Tuesday for our loaded baked potato topped with choice of meat, cheese and homemade sauce. Pork ribs are a specialty on Fridays, smoked over cherry or apple wood. Savory sides consisting of mac & cheese, beans, potato salad & beer bread served daily. Tantalize your tastebuds with a nice little treat of our daily cobbler. Everyday it's something different: apple, blueberry, cherry or peach.

Hey y’all!

We are Mike & Katherine Baker welcome to our bbq restaurant. We did not have any restaurant experience when we started this business, only backyard grilling under our belts but we dove right in. Before becoming a pitmaster, Mike worked in the oil & gas industry for 37 years and drove a tow truck for a short time. Katherine was a stay at home mom for 16 years, homeschool 3 boys and was a dispatcher before becoming a business owner.

We wanted a change, something of our own. Something that would allow us to spend more time with our sons, Zane, Ryan & Cody. And we wanted a way to serve and give back to our communities of Iraan and Sheffield. Cooking with love provides food for the soul. We proudly support the Iraan Braves & Bravettes and the Big Red Band from Braveland. TEANA BRAVES! We are glad you are here and hope you enjoy the small town feel.
